August 6-11, 2022: The Joint Statistical Meetings
This event is planned to take place in Washington, DC. This conference is a joint meeting of multiple statistical societies and associations, and is the largest gathering of statisticians and data scientists held in North America. This year's theme is Statistics: A Foundation for Innovation. August 11, 2020: Measuring Impact in Emergency
As a representative of the LISA 2020 Network, I participated in this CLEDA Africa webinar, speaking on "Basic Components of Measurement and Evaluation." With the aim of enhancing the capacities of researchers, monitoring and evaluation officers, and statisticians to monitor, evaluate, and measure impact in view of the "new normal," the African Education Laboratory For Interdisciplinary Statistical Analysis (CLEDA-LISA) featured experts from the Laboratory For Interdisciplinary Statistical Analysis (LISA) 2020 network and the Kaduna State Aids Control Agency (KADSACA).

February 1-3, 2022: The Conference on Statistical Practice
This event went virtual in 2022. The goal of the conference is to provide participants with opportunities to learn new statistical methodologies and best practices in statistical analysis, design, consulting, and programming. The conference is designed to help applied statisticians improve their ability to consult with and aid customers and organizations solve real-world problems. July 11-16, 2021: The World Statistics Congress
This event went virtual in 2021. This conference is organized by the International Statistical Institute every other year, whose mission is to promote the understanding, development and good practice of statistics worldwide. I participated in an invited paper session entitled "Statistics education and practice in developing countries: experiences, challenges, and opportunities." https://www.isi2021.org/

February 17-19, 2021: The Conference on Statistical Practice
This event went virtual in 2021. Hundreds of statistical practitioners and data scientists—including data analysts, researchers, and scientists—came together to learn new statistical methodologies and best practices in statistical analysis, design, consulting, and programming. I participated in a topic-contributed panel discussion on "How to Work with Every Client--Or Not," and led a roundtable discussion on "Ethical Considerations for Independent Consultants." https://ww2.amstat.org/meetings/csp/2021/

October - December 2020: The Third Annual LISA 2020 Symposium

July -August, 2020: The 30th International Biometrics Conference in Seoul, South Korea
This event went virtual in 2020. This conference is particularly geared toward those with an interest in biometry. August 1-6, 2020: The Joint Statistical Meetings
This event went virtual in 2020. This conference is a joint meeting of multiple statistical societies and associations (the American Statistical Association being the largest sponsor), and is the largest gathering of statisticians and data scientists held in North America. I participated in an invited panel discussion on "Operating a Private Statistical Consulting and Collaboration Practice: Words of Wisdom from Experts in the Field," conducted a round table on "Statistical Writing for Non-Statisticians," and presented a poster titled "Ethical Academic Collaboration from the Outside In." https://ww2.amstat.org/meetings/jsm/2020/index.cfm
